RETURNS

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the order within 14 days of receipt. The buyer will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning to the online store are for the buyer. If you make use of this, the product will - if reasonably possible - be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition with labels. We will then refund the amount within 5 days of receipt.
